“It arrived totally smashed, in pieces. The glass was so terribly thin and fragile that I realised it would be a totally impractical product. I requested a refund...and was then pressured to request a replacement instead. So, after firmly declining the replacement, I was told that I would be refunded. I'm still waiting for that refund to appear in my account!”
