“Kimberly took great care of us when we recieved a defective unit that did not work upon receipt. We received an email response the very next day and within 5 days or so, our replacement arrived.
My wife counts on her MyPurMist to ease her periodic seasonal breathing diffuculties. She has worn out more than a half dozen MyPurMist units in the last decade. Sometimes they had a great life span of more than a year. Quite often its only for a season. Twice now, we have received units that didn't function new out of the box. So we have learned a lesson, don't purchase a backup and leave it unused in the box until you need it, and risk it now working, test all units immediately upon receiving.

“Customer service was excellent, worked with me on troubleshooting tips before ultimately replacing my unit. I have purchased 3 of these units, this replacement being my 4th and I can't say enough about how much it helps with sinus congestion, allergies etc. One of the only negatives I can say is the puremist sterile water is just way way too expensive! It's just water guys c'mon! So I only get the original design that you can use distilled water. Otherwise this is a fantastic product that I highly recommend.”
