“Almost incredible experience with NOC. Mostly had a fabulous day with the family rafting and zip lining. I don’t know if my river guide was new, but she was very quiet and could barely hear her. Also, she caused us to have some incidents that could’ve been avoided like the other rafters guides avoided. One of our family members fell in because she wasn’t quick on the uptake to avoid hitting a tree. There were many other times where she took us through issues that could’ve easily been avoided. All of the other rafts on our excursion were way more under control, so I highly recommend NOC, But our family in particular were disappointed in our raft guide for our white water excursion.”
