“A bit uncomfortable during orientation as the lead guide had, in our groups thoughts, crossed boundaries with the little girl he used as his volunteer. He never should have invaded her space by patting her knee. Maybe in the future an adult should at all times be the volunteer.”

“Loved our guides in the two rafts we used! Both were knowledgeable & personable & made everyone comfortable! Weather being great also made for an excellent outing. NOC is handling the COVID pandemic really well too.”
