“Never did I expect my late season whitewater rafting trip on the Nantahala River to be so spectacular. The colors were incredible, the river so clear. Everything from start to finish was very organized and on time. Kaitlyn was our raft guide. She made our trip exciting , informative and completely enjoyable all at the same time! Her love for the outdoors definitely came through in how she lead our trip. I look forward to bringing my friends and family in 2021 !”

“Our guide was Kaylin and she was great! She was very interactive with the kids and was knowledgeable of the river and the surrounding areas. She was in total control of the raft the entire time which allowed the kids to enjoy the experience that much more. By the time we got into the raft she knew all of our names which made our experience very personal and engaging. We had a family member not raft and there were plenty of places along the river that they stopped and got out of the car and were able to take pictures of us on the river. This was one of the two activities we did during our stay. We had a blast and will be back again.”

“We had an awesome time rafting with our guide Wren. After a safety briefing, there was a short bus trip to the start of the paddle. There was no physical distancing in the bus which made us very nervous from a COVID perspective. We were first timers and felt very comfortable from a rafting safety perspective. We had a blast! We pre purchased the photo package and got great pics to commemorate our adventure! There is a shop and two restaurants at the center to enjoy before or after your paddle. Definitely recommend!”

“Awesome guide who really new the river (best guide I’ve had), and really knew the history of the area. The river was crazy high due to rain and the dam release, so it was busier then normal, but still a great experience.”
