“These chairs are very comfortable. They also clean easily even after pasta sauce spills from my kids. One of the cross bars broke and customer service was wonderful. They replaced the whole chair for me (they don't sell replacement parts yet). With that said, the chairs are well built, there must have been a defect or knot in the piece of wood. Customer service returned my email that night and I had a new chair within 3 days. I highly recommend Nathan James Counter Stools, great product and customer service.”

Hi Tara! The seat portion of our Linus Stool (21501/Brushed Gray-Flax) sits at approximately 24" from the floor.

“Bar stools are very easy to assemble. We love it. Very light and comfy. Fits our kitchen island which serves as our dining area too. We absolutely love our stools! We had some issues with parts which Nathan James quickly resolved. Nathan James customer service is the best. Easy texting. Easy emails. Resolves issues fast. For online transactions, best service ever! I have 3 different items from Nathan James which I absolutely love!”

“We had a bit of trouble with our order initially. We ordered 4 stools and 2 were defective. Fortunately, the NJ customer service team was FANTASTIC about setting us up with replacements. The two functioning units were easy to put together and look and feel great. excited to finish the set.”

“These were extremely easy to assemble.. I assembled all five and under an hour and a half… But the cushions are so hard and they’re not comfortable to sit in at all unfortunately. They are really cute and sturdy for the cost.”
