“I ordered 3 of these stools and each of them wobbles severely, despite following the instructions exactly. They are cheap looking and the color as shown on the website is not representative of the product. Customer service is completely non-existent as I have reached out 3x without any response. I was really excited to receive these and they turned out to be a complete waste of money. Borderline fraudulent for the company to not honor its return policy and I will dispute the charge with my CC company if I continue to not receive a response.”

“I had never seen/used Nathan James furniture before, so wasn't sure what to expect. In fact, we opened/built just one stool at first to make sure we liked it enough to open the other 4. Luckliy, it passed the test! These stools are low-profile enough to keep a seamless line with the island - but have a high-enough back to be comfortable. The fabric is attractive, but has enough detail that it seems like it will be forgiving against my 2 and 6yo's efforts. (Will attempt to attach a photo, upload form currently not working.)”

“These barstools look beautiful in my kitchen! We are really happy with them. The hardest part of putting them together was leveling them. It’s a challenge! We had a few minor issues with missing parts and a marking in the fabric and the company was absolutely awesome to help.”
