“Bar stools are good quality. One was wobbly and the customer service replaced it after trying a few tricks to level it. Very happy with both the bar stools and Nathan James customer service.”

“They’re super cute, but the pictures are very misleading. The faux wood is different colored, and was not very easy assembling. They definitely are over priced.”

“The stool looks exactly as pictured. It’s stylish, comfortable and has a low profile. They’re not visible from the opposite side of the counter. Although I was looking for a swivel stool, this one is light enough to easily turn around to join another seating group/conversations in the room. Assembly was super easy and took about 15 min. The back is low but for me it still provided some back support, whereas my husband felt like he could use a taller back to feel more supported. Overall we like them and are keeping them.”
