“These stools look nice but are a bit flimsy and wobbly. The frame is not square so I am a little concerned the bolts will strip with use. The specifications say the seats are 17”wide but actually only 16.5” at the edge and narrower at the back. They seem small and the pictures are deceiving especially the one with a woman sitting on one. She must be hanging a cheek off the side. The fabric is a nice color and exactly as pictured but is sub par. I would send them back but after assembling and dealing with packaging It seems like too much trouble so I am going to give them a try, they look pretty.”

“I was on the fence about making the steep purchase for these Bartools but once there was a sale i finally bit the bullet. I am so glad i did, they are way more comfortable than my old ones. I love Nathan James's Return policy, some forniture stores have very sketchy policies but not them!”

“I realty like these stools. It’s a very good quality product at an affordable price. They go really well with my white counter tops and off white cabinetry. But what I love most about Nathan James is their level of customer service. We had an issue with another chair style. Leyla from customer service made the replacement process extremely easy and she was very responsive. Because of this excellent level of customer service, I go first to this website for any furniture I need to buy. Thank you Leyla!”
