“We ordered these barstools to replace ones We didn’t really like., we originally saw these online and never heard of Nathan James, placed an order on a Sunday and was delivered on a Tuesday. I was amazed on how fast the delivery was. The instructions were really easy and had good humor. The quality of the barstools are top-notch and are really modern trendy and Stylish. “Exactly as described on website. Excellent customer service for any questions and concerns. Pay attention to the measurements when you order. If the chair wobbles after assembling, that means you didn’t tighten/loose the screws and bolts all the same level. Adjust the “75%” tight as stated on the manual for all screws and it will come out exactly how it should be. It is much better than expected, most of all, it is comfortable to sit on. I hope the cushions last long because it looks thin which I like the look of it yet I don’t feel the frame when sitting so it does has good enough cushion.”

“Stores were pretty easy to put together. We did have one issue with one stool, not having accurate measures, and therefore there was a gap with the seat. But when I let Customerservice know, they are sending us an another stool. I would definitely recommend these stools.”

“These look great with our white oak flooring and cabinetry. Very easy to put together (10-15 mins per stool) and extremely comfortable. A unique design with a lower (below counter) profile that allows your island/counter to be in complete view. Love them!”
