“Not only were these stools. beautiful and exactly as I expected, they were high-quality but incredibly easy to put together! I had a small blemish on the item and customer service went above and beyond to solve for it. I then bought their matching dining chairs because I loved the stools and the service so much. Too often in today's world quality is diminished and customer service is automated and lackluster, Nathan James proves they won't compromise in these critical areas. Brand loyalty from the start for me!”

“The stool is very well made, however there is no option to purchase replacement cushions. This is important to me as these get damaged over time due to pets and people.”

“These counter stools are beautiful, nicely designed, well built, easy to assemble. The customer service department is the absolute best I have ever experienced in my lifetime. When I called about one of my stools being slightly damaged, Amanda was understanding with my concerns, treating me like a human being, extremely concerned and supportive. She asked me to hold on while she was setting up for a replacement to be sent out. Within 1 week, I had a new stool delivered. Thank you Amanda!! I am now a Nathan James customer for life.”

“Purchased 4 stools. Really comfortable and look great, only problem is, the stools were not all prepped for assembly the same. Some holes are higher/lower than others. It is noticeable when fully assembled.”

“Our new counter stools are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! I was initially disheartened to find one of the stools arrived stained, but upon reaching out to customer service they were prompt to provide multiple solutions and once those didn’t work, they sent me a brand new stool within a couple days! Very pleased with my purchase :)”
