“1) I was beyond impressed by their customer service…I accidentally ordered the counter height stool instead of bar height. They were beyond responsive and helpful! I got text/email updates and even over the top check ins on deliveries of my packages. 2) I was really impressed by the quality and how easy these stools were to build. I am not good at putting things together but I was eager to see them in our space. It’s 4 steps and so easy! The quality of the faux leather is absolutely stunning! 3) they ship fast! I would definitely recommend purchasing from them to anyone and look forward to ordering more through them.”

“The chairs look good in the neutral color decor. My only concern with the chairs is that they are very hard. Even though there is a small chair pillow, the seat is very hard. They definitely are not cushy.”

“The quality of the stools is good for the price point. The cushion is firmer than I wished but still a comfortable and fashionable stool. They were very easy to assemble and shipped quickly. I would purchase again.”

“These are so well made and sturdy. Pleasantly surprised. They are also so comfortable that in the first two weeks that we have had them, my husband has sat at the counter more than in the 20 years we had the previous stools. Very happy with this purchase.”
