“We love our barstools! Better quality than you would expect with the price tag. Love to see it. Ordered 4 stools, one had a damaged threaded insert which kept us from being able to assemble. The customer service team was incredible. Had the replacement sent immediately with no hassle. Things like this happen all the time, it’s how the company responds that sets them apart. Nathan James did great and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!”

“These chairs are not only comfortable, the design is spectacular! I’ve had many compliments! And they look so awesome! They are also very easy to clean, I have a 3 and 6 year old that have spilled stuff on them, and the material is super easy to wipe down.”

“It is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! The only thing I have a complaint about is it can be wobbly even when tightening everything well, and according to instructions. We may have to order some felt stickers for the bottoms in order to fix the problem. We would love to be future customers if the quality can be ensured.”
