“I bought two of these for my home. At first it was a little tricky to line up the poles and shelves. Keep calm. Stay patient. Once finished I needed a friend to help me install but the process was easy! They look gorgeous! One came with a damaged shelf.... Customer service sent me a new shelf! They were quick with their response and friendly too! A real person was emailing me back and forth! That's rare these days. They just made a customer for life!”
