“I recently purchased a wall shelf from Nathan James and while the shelf itself is absolutely beautiful, the condition in which it first arrived was disappointing. The box looked quite beat up upon delivery, and when I opened it, I was dismayed to find that all of the shelves had sustained dents and scrapes. It was clear that the packaging was insufficiently protective; there was no styrofoam, and the shelves were not tightly secured, resulting in them being all over the place within the box. This lack of proper packaging likely contributed to the damages sustained during transit. However, when I reached out to Nathan James, I was met with exceptional customer service. A wonderful associate named Claire responded promptly and helped me resolve the issue. After a few emails back and forth, I was informed that not only would the damaged shelves be replaced, but I would also receive a brand new shelving unit free of charge. Moreover, I didn’t have to send the old one back, which I plan to keep for replacement parts if needed. Despite the initial issues, I must say the quality of the shelf is fantastic. The unit is very heavy and the shelves are made of great material. They are also wide enough to fit all of my living room books and a few decorative pieces, which is exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect and it is very aesthetically pleasing. Amazing service from Nathan James! Their excellent customer support has made me very glad I purchased from them. I will definitely be purchasing other items in the future and recommending Nathan James to my friends and family.”

“I ordered several of the Theo Bookshelf in reclaimed Oak to create a library wall in a spare room. OVERALL: *****/***** The Theo Bookshelf exceeded my expectations in every category! I was pleasantly surprised at how well made and nice they looked. Very happy customer! QUALITY: *****/***** The quality was superb. The shelves were heavier duty than expected, and the metal wasn't as thin as you would have expected. ASSEMBLY: *****/***** Assembly was a breeze, and the instructions were presented in a clear, concise manner. I especially appreciated the humourous, reassuring tone of the directions. I am sure they will help put those who are not experienced at building things at ease. CUSTOMER SERVICE ******(6)/*****! One of the Bookshelves was delivered with some damage to a couple of the shelves. I reached out to customer service, expecting either a RMA to send back the damaged one, or maybe some replacement shelves to be sent in a few weeks... Nope! To my amazement 4 days later a brand new unit was delivered to my door. I couldn't believe it! Unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction!”

“The best shelves for our tiny home. The simple design allows for lots of storage but keeps it from feeling to heavy and overwhelming for the space. We bought two a year ago and keep buying more for our home. Super easy installation. Highly recommend this piece.”

“This was our first purchase from Nathan James and we love the ladder bookcase. It looks so good in our bedroom and it is well-made. The instructions were fun too. Things like "Let's gett his thing fired up." "If you're feeling strong, just go ahead and push it in." "This should be easy, just follow our instructions and you will be back to Netflix in no time."”
