One piece one bent when arrived, so I messaged and they sent me a new one and fixed the issue immediately. Cute TV stand and great customer service. Just received some Godiva chocolate in the mail as a thank you for letting them make it right. Great company!

I really love this piece. The color is a little lighter than I thought it would be but it’s a nice addition to my living room. The directions are also very easy to follow!

We are very pleased with this unit. We had a slight problem with one of the components that Claire in customer service quickly resolved. I think it took a little longer than it should have to assemble mainly because the instructions could have been a little clearer. Still very pleased with this purchase.

I got the completely wrong color and style, and it took a month to get the order. I ordered the wood finish matte black-light oak and the attachment is what I received. Not even the same style.

Fun instructions but not helpful making this more difficult to put together than anticipated. Color is lighter than what is shown online and although I like the look/style of the piece it is smaller in person.

Never received it. They claim it was lost however I think they knowingly sold us an out of stock item. Said they’d refund us, still waiting. Garbage company and horrible customer service. Never responded to my help emails. Had to dm them on Instagram just to get a response

Hi Ryan, we're sorry this happened. The console was in stock when you placed your order, but unfortunately went out of stock soon after and we were not able to replace the item that was lost in transit. Regardless, we take full responsibility and will be working to improve in this area. We offered either a full refund or to send a new order as soon as the consoles were back in stock. I see that your order has since been refunded in full. If there are any outstanding issues we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Looks nice. Mildly difficult to put together - the directions were funny but need better description and better pictures. Poorly packaged and came damaged. I reached out to customer service twice but haven’t heard back.

Hi there, We appreciate your honesty here and apologize for the delay in getting back to you! I see we have since responded and have fulfilled the partial refund you requested. Again, we apologize for this headache and please let us know if there's anything else we can help with!

Overall, the piece is attractive; however, it would have been helpful to have actual written instructions when assembling, instead of mostly jokes. (Literally, there were jokes about ordering food, Stranger Things, etc. instead of adequate tips or steps.) Mostly relying on the diagrams wasn't the easiest, especially when the first several steps involve building the piece upside-down, which the instructions didn't point out until much later in the assembly process. Due to that issue, my shelf ended up with visible screws on display, which I now need to find stickers for in order to conceal them, ugh.

Hi there! I really appreciate your honesty here! I can definitely understand how frustrating it'd be to assemble this upside-down. We've shared this with our Product team to take into account for future improvements on our Instruction Sheet. On the side, we'd love to help on how to better explain the assembly and guide to possibly reassemble it again. Looking forward to hearing how we can help here!
