“I originally purchased this as a tv stand but was gifted a tv that was way too large for this console. It’s very tiny and low so a 55’ is definitely the max that would look good on it. I now use it for my entry way and love it. Customer service was amazing”

“The best company! There was a bit of a shipping hiccup where the item was damaged but the customer service team is 5 stars! They shipped out another piece without hesitation, followed up frequently to make sure the service and damage free product was received, was super apologetic, and even sent a little surprise of Godiva chocolates unexpectedly to my door as an apology. The piece is perfect and made a beautiful boho chic addition to my home. Def recommended the product and the company. Every company should be like Nathan James!”

“This is such a stylish piece and very easy to assemble!! Unfortunately had to return it because it didn’t work for our space (our tv was too big :/) and I am so sad about it. However, customer service was SO kind and helpful!!! I will definitely buy something else from Nathan James!”

“I love this piece so much! I have a very small condo and this piece fits perfectly in my space. It was very easy to put together alone although I was missing a few screws that because of their description in the instructions, I was able to easily replace from my neighborhood hardware store. I emailed the company to let them know they missed those pieces in my shipment and they gave me a refund of those pieces right away so 5 stars for customer service as well as the Mina Media Console!”

“The console is lovely and was the perfect fit for my master bedroom. It was very easy to construct and the instruction booklet was both entertaining and easy to follow. Aside from the item, the customer support at Nathan James is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me after I needed a new part. Truly the best support I've ever received from a company. They'll take care of you!”
