“It was missing the "F" screws and I still haven't heard back from customer service. I did get an email today saying they are overwhelmed. The top piece of the cabinet was scratched and the directions are not clear, I had to un-assemble the unit to put in a door I missed. It wasn't expensive and I knew it was particle board, but not worth the time it took to assemble. And now I have a scratched cabinet with no door magnetics because I'm sstill missing the screws.”

“Love the item, however; I bought it on Amazon for $285 and had to come here for assembly direction and see it listed for $189. I'd love to get my balance refunded.”
