“My husband wakes up every morning with a sore back. It’s a poor quality mattress and we should NEVER have purchased it. Our sales person was very nice but I felt uncomfortable checking back on my phone for certain details that I needed and wanted to know about. He stressed that he wasn’t on commission and has been in the industry for a number of years and was quite knowledgeable about all the mattresses and that it wasn’t really necessary to check on line. Unfortunately my husband was impatient and in a hurry to choose a mattress. To him every mattress he tried was good. He’s 76, not a small man and a side sleeper. He insisted he wanted a firm bed, but we were advised that too firm was not a good idea. Needless to say, we are not happy with this purchase, it’s going back and we will have to start from scratch again. I should have known by the cost that I wasn’t getting a good quality mattress. He wakes up every morning with a sore back. Also, I purchased two pillows which I have not been able to use because I can’t get any pillow cover to fit. Looked on Amazon for jumbo pillow cases and most run around $60.00 and up. Not in my budget!”

“It's the best mattress I've ever slept on. I have an ongoing problem with my lower back and I'm comfortable with any position on the mattress. Firm and supportive. Highly recommended.”
