“After trying this mattress out for 1 year, I am still dealing with the issue of finding it too firm... I've had to buy 2-3 different mattresses from national mattress in less than 3-4 years. I think this will be the last time I buy anything from national mattress. The first run around I came around was that the mattress was too plush with no back support (no coils) and the 2nd run around was this mattress is WAAAY too firm even though it's marketed as medium. If you want something more inbetween side, always go with PLUSH euro pillow top, this needs to be advertised as medium-firm, this is not a MEDIUM.”

“It's been about a month with it so far, I have mixed feelings about it but I'm still trying to get used to it. I'm going to give it another month but I might go in for a second look at something else a bit firmer.”
