How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“We were doing our research and found many manufacturers have changed if not eliminated spring and foils to foam . I think the quality had improved over years being why big brands are changing . I've been given 90 days which I appreciate. I travel and it's for a spare room. I'd have my parents sleep in . So quality matters! The customer service however seems unmatched . They have a very small parameter in which if they fail there is an exchange . I like this confidence. Sweet Dreans”

“It's a good mattress at a very reasonable price. No other place can match the price of this purchase. Apart from it, the mattress feels good and gives good support. It's not like you are trapped in a hole and have to make more efforts to come out of the mattress, it;s nothing like that. Base remains firm. Just one suggestion that with the mattress, there is no instruction paper or manual attached so for a new user it'd little confusing to how to open a mattress and aup to what time it should kept open.”
