How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“Mattress arrived with 5cm rips in the base fabririps as well as in the seams. Base fabric is a lot thinner and flimsier than all other mattresses I have owned. Workmanship is poor to say the least and of course these defects are not covered by the warranty. The National Mattress + staff we spoke to offered us a $30 rebate which was rather sad. BUYER BEWARE!”

“The mattress is comfortable and we're very happy with it. It's great at not transferring movement when one of us rolls over or gets out of bed. In my opinion I would rate it as Firm rather than Extra Firm, but it's still a great mattress.”
