It features a 360-coil double-tempered steel core under a single high-density foam comfort layer, providing a no-sink, extra-firm sleeping surface. The mattress is 10 inches tall and has a breathable cotton-blend cover for airflow. It also features zoned lumbar support and an edge guard reinforced perimeter for added stability. The NM Orthopedic Plus mattress is assembled in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial. It is made with CertiPUR-US certified foam, which is fiberglass-free and has low VOCs.
