How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“There was a slight chemical/unpleasant smell, but it eventually faded. The mattress works well as a base layer. I put a latex topper on it. This setup is almost as comfortable as my all latex mattress that I had before, but this was cheaper and will be easier to move around.”

“From day one of purchase the mattress has only given me body pain and sleepless night.. i have requested for exchange but at store have informed me that i have to pay 90 $ and went back after 3-4 days after purchase.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Not sure if it is an issue of the mattress or the box spring, I can feel the each panels of box spring when lying or sitting on the bed. Either the mattress is too thin and/or the panels of box spring are too sparsely located. Exchange cost is already $100, so I decided to buy another mattress from other company with that price. Honestly very disappointing purchase.”
