The coil-free, all-foam construction ensures complete silence, while the SoftLux breathable cotton cover helps regulate temperature. The mattress is compressed, boxed, and rolled for easy shipping and handling. It's made in Canada and comes with a 365-night sleep trial. How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Not sure if it is an issue of the mattress or the box spring, I can feel the each panels of box spring when lying or sitting on the bed. Either the mattress is too thin and/or the panels of box spring are too sparsely located. Exchange cost is already $100, so I decided to buy another mattress from other company with that price. Honestly very disappointing purchase.”
