How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Not sure if it is an issue of the mattress or the box spring, I can feel the each panels of box spring when lying or sitting on the bed. Either the mattress is too thin and/or the panels of box spring are too sparsely located. Exchange cost is already $100, so I decided to buy another mattress from other company with that price. Honestly very disappointing purchase.”
