“You clearly do not keep track of your orders very well. After a lack of response with your delivery team we just canceled our order and requested a refund. National mattress did not deliver my order and then ask me to put up a review. How embarrassing.”

“I needed a higher boxspring platform and your company would not exchange for a 5" platform. We took the plastic off the 2" to try it, buy never used it. We preferred the original higher 9" we already owned. It is still too high and would prefer the 5" however I am unable to pay for another boxspring.”
