How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium
“Terrible, platform bed did not match description, this is not made to technical code, it is not a rigid one piece frame, the actual wood slats are ~6" apart, any mattress manufacturer would tell you anything more than 4-5" apart normally voids warranty so we can't even use this mattress. We tried returning it immediately and the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful so they scammed us into buying something we cant use.”

“The box spring is good quality. A bit short for our bed but we didn't measure it properly and hence it doens't fit well. Other than that, it's really good.”
