“I received my product damaged and kept it as it was too difficult for me to go through the delivery and placement on my bed a second time.I forwarded photos of the damaged to the store in Hamilton where I purchased it and all they said was that it is difficult finding trucking companies to deliver. This may be so but that should be their problem and not mine. I had to convince the delivery man to not leave it outside my apartment door. I am using it and it is exactly what I needed however I don't think I should have been charged the delivery and even a discount on the damaged box spring should have made sense.”

“Disappointed that your company will not accept a return on this box spring. I can not use it due to my vertigo. I was told because the box spring is no longer in the plastic wrap. 1. It was raining when the delivery people brought box spring. 2. Even if not raining, box spring is in a truck and plastic wrap is dirty. 3. It is necessary to take the plastic off and place on platform bed under a mattress. It’s not logical or sanitary yo keep a dirty plastic wrap on in bedroom. Your guarantee policy is very misleading!”
