“This split box spring was exactly what we needed. We live in an old Victorian-era home, with narrow stairwells. When we moved in, our full size queen box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs, no matter how hard our movers tried. Ultimately we had to buy a split boxspring, and this one is perfect. SUPER lightweight and low profile (no more bulky, chunky looking bed for us!). National Mattress' communication was truly top-notch, with lots of updates on my order and when to expect delivery. Delivery was quick and seemless. Would definitely recommend this company as well as this product specifically.”

“Very disappointed and frustrated... The box spring creaks and cracks which is extremely annoying. I often wake up in the middle of the night because of it. Called the customer service and was told some noises are normal because it's made of wood and not covered under warranty. But there's a lot of noise and mostly comes from one of the two panels but unless it is broken it is not covered under warranty replacement. Never buying anything from NM again.”
