How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“Perfect size/height, and looks good quality. Doesn't creak (as did my previous boxspring). No problems so far.”

“Very disappointed and frustrated... The box spring creaks and cracks which is extremely annoying. I often wake up in the middle of the night because of it. Called the customer service and was told some noises are normal because it's made of wood and not covered under warranty. But there's a lot of noise and mostly comes from one of the two panels but unless it is broken it is not covered under warranty replacement. Never buying anything from NM again.”

“I love this shorter boxspring which helps reduce the height of the bed. Also, I am so pleased that it is split in half. This awesome innovation meant I could actually have a boxspring for my bedframe and didn't need to but a whole new frame.”
