“I really am in love with this mattress on a more serious note. I remember searching everywhere for a good mattress and in the middle of the night, I finally found this NM Orthopedic mattress. I really hit the jackpot with this purchase as I've not only seen my sleep quality improve, but my life as a whole and that is definately because of this mattress.... AND THE BEST PART???? IT WAS AFFORDABLE! this mattress is honestly the best and if you're reading this, you really won't regret buying this mattress in particular. Its not too firm and not too plush, AND ITS BOUNCY”

“The rating is based on buying experience. There was no customer service at all. We were looking for 3 mattresses for our family who is returning to Canada in 3 weeks, we visited their website and have decided what to get. The order taker (my Invoice shows Darryl) who took our order was rude. We were ready to place our order but we forgot to bring the shipping address with us. When we returned in couple hours. The guy was not even wearing a mask. He was so impatience whenever we had questions. He literally rolled his eyes on us. One business day prior to delivery we received an email saying that there was inventory problem. No matresses to sleep on for my family! Had I known this I wouldn’t have purchased from this place. Very disappointed.”

“Exactly as described. Would also like to mention that this has been the most seamless purchase from start to finish - from online selection to payment, to receiving a phone call about when the the items would arrive to final delivery. These days I find myself chasing delivery people for everything. This was a great experience.”
