How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“A month ago we placed an order but we did not scheduled delivery during the time of purchase because we were not sure when we will get the keys for the apartment. Once i got the key, i called National mattress outlet and schedule a delivery for 31st august. The guy it will be between 10-4 anytime. So we waited until 2pm and still i dint receive any call. I called NM, they said you are not in the list of delivery today. I was so much angry on them. I did confirm delivery two days prior and now you are telling me this. Unfortunately we had to sleep on blankets only. Very poor cx service. This was my first and last time any business with national mattress.”
