The NM Hi-loft Elite 10" firm Euro top mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers who prefer a firm support. It features 1,000 Canadian-made Hi-Loft coils in 13-gauge heat-tempered steel, each wrapped to flex on its own, providing a firm 8/10 Euro-top feel. A cushioned Euro top finish adds a touch of softness on contact, while a foam encasement edge guard provides optimal support right to the edge of the bed. The mattress also features VLS Cool Gel Memory Foam, a gel-infused comfort layer that eases pressure points and pulls heat off the surface. Made in Canada, this mattress is available in a double/full size and comes with a 365-night sleep trial.

“I am very sorry to say this, but I have purchased two mattresses from National Mattress, and unfortunately, I have experienced issues with both. With the first mattress, there was a defect, and after I submitted a complaint, I was told that I could either replace it or purchase another mattress. I was also advised that if I purchased the same mattress again, I might face the same issue, although it would be cheaper. Since there was no refund option available, I decided to purchase another mattress. Unfortunately, the second mattress is also experiencing a defect. It has now been more than a month since I raised the issue, and I have provided all the information and photographs that were requested. I have also offered to arrange an in-person visit so that the mattress can be inspected directly. However, I am being told that the photographs I provided do not sufficiently justify the defect. To date, there has been no resolution. This situation has also started affecting me physically, as I have developed back pain and have started physiotherapy, which is now costing me more than the mattress itself. This has been a very disappointing experience.”

“Definitely felt softer in-store than it did out of box (which I assume is due to it being tested over a long period of time in-store)! It is quite firm. Might soften up over time but only time will tell. Deducted one star as the top feels a little thin and bouncy rather than like a soft cushioning foam, which I feel takes away from the comfort level.”

“Bought this for my mother who has MS and hasnt had a new mattress in years because of ODSP. She loves it, its improved her pain immensely and she is actually able to sleep for hours and hours now.”
