“Staff at store handled everything really well, answered all our questions patiently and let us try out all the beds there. Ordering and shopping was handled extremely efficiently and we received it compressed. All we had to do was put it on the bed and open the packaging. still working really well and we're very happy with our purchase.”

“I was disappointed that the recieved product did not match the image of the product purchased since I purchased a mattress that was identical to the original order image. That mattress was fantastic but the mattress I received which looks totally different is somewhat undesirable.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“Moving from a plain continuous coil mattress, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a nice and affordable mattress with a few premium features that other brands would've charged an arm and a leg for. The euro top gives a cushion as I'm getting on the bed for sleep. While it's a little more firm than I'd expected, but I'm still getting some solid sleep with it. It also helps that the dog loves to sleep on it when I'm out for the day.”

“Got this bed over a month ago for my daughter and it’s amazing I regret not getting one for myself now; it was easy to order, sales team responded fast and delivery was within a day or two. Definitely recommend National mattress!”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The description says 75 Inches long, salesperson also confirmed it. However, the actual length is only closed to 72 inches. For someone over 6 feet tall, it's definitely not comfortable; I purposely asked for the 75" length mattress for my height. I did contact the customer service by email (this is the only way) and it's been more than 6 weeks now, the last reply told me the shortage of the length is very standard. I am not sure about the law if that's legal to have different size from the advertising description. If I knew it is 72" in length only, I would consider to buy another brand name but the information was misleading me. The customer service is still not got back to me yet after I questioned the description issue and if there is another mattress has 75 inches long, very disappointed.”
