The Serta Classic 12.5" medium Euro top mattress is designed for combination sleepers who change positions through the night. It features a 5/10 firmness level, making it a true medium feel. The mattress is built on an 800-coil pocketed support core with a Best Edge foam encasement, which provides a supportive surface right to the edge. A 3-zone lumbar layer helps to lift your lower back for classic comfort. The mattress also features Cool Twist gel memory foam, which helps to move heat away while cushioning. Additionally, the Serta Anti-Microbial Fibre Technology is used to create an anti-microbial sleep surface. This mattress is built in Canada and comes in a queen size, standing 12.5 inches tall. How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“I had so much of back pain in my previous mattress as it was medium firm and my body was sinking too much. I bought this extra firm mattress to relieve from the pain and on the first day, I felt the mattress was hard. But after 2 or 3 days I got adapted to the mattress and it’s a perfect firmness for me. Back pain reduced drastically and not too much heat produced. Been using for almost months, it’s a real gem for me.”

“This mattress is amazing. It’s just the perfect amount of firmness while still allowing the slightest softness. It’s a great middle ground for back and side sleeping, and doesn’t get too hot either. Haven’t had a better nights sleep than with this mattress! Highly recommend it”

“I was shocked to be honest, I was kind of scared to buy a mattress from national mattress but it ended up being the best thing I did. The service was great, and the mattress itself is exactly what I needed. I sleep so well and am so happy with it. The mattress is extra firm as advertized, and great for stomach sleepers (like me!!) 10/10 would buy again”

“We are happy with the mattresses but had such a bad experience with the mix and match boxsprings that we won't be recommending National Mattress to anyone. We had issues with both boxsprings (one was torn and the other one was stained) and the salesman basically accused us of causing the damage ourselves (why I don't know because they would just be replaced under warranty anyway). I took a $40 refund because that was all he was willing to do to help us and I wanted to walk away with some kind of compensation. It was such a negative experience that I wouldn't recommend National Mattress again.”
