“I have used a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress for years and recently got this one to replace my previous mattress. This mattress is in the Extra Firm category and truly is quite firm. Admittedly it’s a bit too firm for me but my husband loves it! I love the fact that when your partner tosses and turns or gets up, you truly don’t notice it !! “Enjoyed the in store experience. Daniel answered all our questions and let us know what discount coupons were available. Order confirmation was emailed, allowing for no contact at point of transaction. Delivery scheduling was as indicated at the store with timely notifications, even at the very end when the delivery staff called ahead to let us know that they are minutes away. Overall, I really appreciate the level of service for s mid range mattress purchase.”
