How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“My husband and I picked an extra firm mattress thinking it will be good for our backs. But we were wrong. We tried sleeping on it for 15 days but it caused us some back pains and shoulder soreness (we are side-sleepers at times. It’s good that National mattress has the option to allow us for a one-time exchange. So we exchanged our extra firm to a soft plush mattress. We are happier now.”
