How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“My experience was I paid for the removal of my old mattress, and the mattress was left by the side door in the parking lot. I then came down tell it has to go to the front of the building. The passenger got out and threw the mattress on the front lawn. Do I have to b that specific that the mattress belongs on the curb. How are garbage men supposed to pickup the mattress if they r not at the curb.”
