“The mattress I received is poor quality. The springs can be felt through the top and it makes a loud creaking sound. I tried exchanging the mattress however they Charge $95 to do this. Also, if you don’t have the original packaging, it needs to be purchased”

“Priced competitively to other brands, went with this one due to cost and also warranty, also they had it in stock. Got the medium support and love it very much, not too firm and not too soft, so perfect for me. Very happy with the purchase and hope to get at least 7 years out of it.”
