“We purchased your advertised Revocable Estate Trust and promptly received the template which we began reviewing. We are homeowners so a quit claim deed to transfer our real property to the trust is required which happens to be one of the largest assets the Trust would hold. We quickly learned a quit claim deed is not a simple process in Bay County Florida so we contacted your support team for assistance and were told they could not help. Your ad said, "Email/Phone Support about how to complete the Living Estate Trust", "Customer Support via Email, Phone, or Reddit", and "The only requirement on your end is to get the trust paperwork notarized and witnessed where mentioned in the document" so we hit a brick wall as soon as we tried to implement the process. We now know we will have to contact an attorney for assistance and wasted our $59.95 foolishly believing what your ad touted as a "Fast, Simple, Easy" process. To anyone considering this approach, think twice before spending your money for this product.”
