“Had some challenges in getting the .EFT process done. Initially purchased two digital print appointments, but didn't realize there wasn't anywhere local. Found one I could use on travel and Connor set it up. Then switched to the mail in version for my spouse... who had a real hard time with the print cards, so back to digital, which we scheduled while traveling. They worked with me to get both .EFT files completed. Thank you!”

“Used the fingerprint service at the Bangor Maine UPS store. Appointment went smooth and took about 15-20 minutes. Please give a shout out to the young women at the Bangor store as she helped me get it done! Had my EFT file by the time I drove home. They uploaded sucessfuly to my form 1 applicatiion. Thanks”
