“I received an E-Mail from NFA asking for a copy of my trust. I didn’t have one so Ibwas able to obtain one then completed it, had it notarized and then sent it back to the NFA. They’ve-mailed and said it was exactly what they required. BTW- I live in Texas. Some states require different forms.”
