I found that some of the initial instructions were somewhat confusing for a first-time buyer, but once I clicked "submit," I was almost immediately contacted by Ryan, who answered all my questions...many of which were dumb because I didn't understand some things that are very obvious in hindsight. Ryan was very tactful and patient in how he responded so that I didn't feel like an idiot. He made sure that not only was the trust was set up correctly for me (and offered to make any changes if needed as my understanding evolved), but also that I understood what was going on so that I'd feel more confident in the paperwork. There was a flood of emails going back and forth, and he was extremely responsive. This is top-notch customer service! Can't thank him enough. I'd strongly recommend National Gun Trusts to anyone!”
