“The product has very limited information on the package and does not explain well its purpose and benefits. The liquid has a terrible taste and you have to wash it down multiple times - absolutely awful to drink, even in lots of water. I am not sure of the health benfits yet, but I will most likely be looking at something else that I can stomache the taste.”
