We sincerely apologise this has happened. While Australia Post controls the final delivery, we take this seriously and we’re already improving options to better protect heat-sensitive parcels. A “Cold Travel / Heat Protection” upgrade (with an added fee) is being added to our website soon, so customers can choose extra insulation/cold packs (where appropriate) and stricter delivery instructions (e.g. no safe drop/signature where supported).
