“There great! Helped a lot with digestion and I have a hiatal hernia and IBS. Just have to watch my diet but hopefully it will continue to improve. Been taking them for about 3 months.”

“I've been taking this for three months, and it hasn't made me feel any better yet. However, my naturopath ensures me that this can take some time with the type of bacteria I am trying to beat with it. Note that the capsules have soy in them. This is an unlisted ingredient.”
