“They say aging (male and female) and menopause cause sleeplessness and insomnia. I am a longterm shift worker as well, so I am bound to have an extremely unnatural circadian rhythm, if I have one at all. Having slept badly for about 6 years and this year felt that I have no idea how I am still functioning due to lying in bed thinking for hours. I decided to try this homeopathic as I am really anti medication if possible. I have been having my first actual sleep for the year for about 2 weeks now. I am still waking up sometimes but I am actually unconscious at times!!! This is great news to me!! I have told many people and bought about 6 bottles of this now as I am going to a rural place and intend to keep sleeping. Whether this is placebo or not I don't know I am just feeling more and more refreshed and that is great news!! I feel like my brain is healing - only way I can describe it.
