“this product really helps improve my gut flora. I am sensitive to FODMAPS and suffer from IBS. If i don't follow FODMAPS diet and try to improve my gut flora I end up with a foggy head that feels like a hangover with no alcohol and migraines. This product helps to try and get the balance right.”
