“When I first started using this cream it reduced my hot flashes substantially. But as time has passed the cream has been less effective. I believe it does still help but not as much as in the beginning. I found the cream to be easy to apply.”

“Initially I found the cream to help significantly. It reduced the hot flashes to a point that I hardly noticed I was getting them. As the months have gone on it reduces the intensity of the hot flashes but still experiencing them several times a day. If I dont apply the cream the hot flashes do return in intensity. So I find that the cream does help to a degree. The cream is easy to apply.”

“I have found the Wild Yam cream to be helpful in reducing my hotflushes. I am now sleeping better at night time and noticed the hot flushes to be considerably reduced in intensity.”
