“I have been using Metagenics Glucosamine Intensive Care 60 Tablets for many years now and they give me a lot of relief. They take 3 to 4 weeks to get into my system properly but they are really worth while. They take away a lot of the burning in my bad knees. Naturally the aching is still there but I stopped taking the tablets for a few weeks a while back and the chronic aching/ burning in my knees came back and it took 3 to 4 weeks to get back into my system again and start working again when I went back on it again. I would be lost without these tablet so I won't stop taking them again.”
